As we are now approaching the wonders of Autumn, I thought I'd do a bit of a throwback to when I had a beautiful day out with my good friend, Freya. Freya has been a good friend of mine for 13 years, we've had our ups and downs over the years but to be completely honest I think it's made our friendship stronger. On days like this, it reminds me of how grateful I am to have her in my life. I admire the fact that we can both be so honest to each other about the bad and the good, I feel like that is a great foundation to have in any friendship.

We went to a place called Warleigh Weir. As I didn't come as prepared as Freya to actually go in the water, I think it's safe to say that we made some interesting memories that day. I always find being amongst nature is always a great way to disconnect and feel more at home within yourself. I believe this is what made this day even more special. I've put some photos together to show a snippet of our day, I hope you enjoy.

  1. I love being in nature too. This looks such a lovely place, and who doesn't love a good Weir (my husband designs them so I know far too much about them).
