Three Simple Ways To Relax

We all have those days when we are too busy or live one of those lifestyles in which it feels like we are just another robot on a conveyor belt that we call life. However there will always be ways that you can snap back to reality and appreciate the fact that you are actually a human being. 

1 | Smell a bunch or flowers or a jar of tea. By smelling something nice we can often found ourselves immediately back to life.

2 | Appreciate the things around you or cherish the things that you are grateful. Whether you're walking or on public transport or even driving somewhere. You can always appreciate the things around you whether it's that tree that stands alone its branches dancing with the wind or that you a have family no matter how big or small, blood or not standing around you to help you on this journey. 

3 | Breathe. Simple as that. Take one big deep breath and suddenly you'll feel your shoulders drop and you feel much more able to cope with the worlds challenges.
